By accessing and using Chiflows ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chiflows is a conscious business automation platform that helps spiritual entrepreneurs and conscious businesses automate their marketing with integrity and purpose. The Service includes pipeline management, campaign creation, AI-powered assistance, lead generation, and related features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Chiflows offers tiered subscription plans (Embark, Transform, Manifest).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use AI features for deceptive, harmful, or unethical purposes

6. AI Features & Data

  • AI features are powered by third-party providers (e.g., Anthropic).
  • Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chiflows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIFLOWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
